Meggan Dodd (Actor) With PopUP: Broken City Wall Street. Having recently retired after 30 years working as a prosecutor with the Manhattan DA’s Office, Meggan has now turned her full attention to her first love, theatre. She is actively using her CUNY MA in Applied Theatre to create theatre for social change. She first worked with Tamilla at the Library of Performing Arts pop-up play evening, and promptly volunteered to come on board with PopUP Theatrics. She also creates theatre with the devised theatre folks at Honest Accomplice Theatre and with DreamStreet Theatre Company, whose participants are adults with developmental disabilities.
Andreea Duță (Choreographer) is based in Bucharest, Romania.
With PopUP: Long Distance Affair, Inside, The Museum of Lies. She started as a ballet dancer, winning 4 national prizes in 1991 and 1993, for both classical and modern dance at the National Dance Contest. In 1994, she started choreography studies at the University of Theatre and Film in Bucharest, and her career in contemporary dance. Being part of many theatrical projects, as a choreographer, she was involved in state theatre, which made her part of a team that won UNITER prize for Best Theatrical Play of 2006, but most of it, in independent theater, that never brought any prize but changed the perception about contemporary theatrical stage in Romania. Since 2005, she is teaching choreography and composition at the University of Theatre and Film, Bucharest, and enjoying every moment of this journey of teaching young people to become.... Rafael Silva (actor) is extremely excited to be joining the incredible team of PopUP! Bilal Walker is an actor based in New York. Most recently, he portrayed roles such as George Murchison in A Raisin in the Sun at The American Theater of Actors as multiple ensemble roles Othello at the Davenport Theater. Graduating from The City College of New York with a Bachelor’s in Theater, he played roles in a wide range of productions, with Jesus Hopped the “A” Train by Stephen Adly Guirgis and Venus by Suzan-Lori Parks being among them. He also received a certificate for attending an eight-week Shakespeare intensive course in the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts.

Carly J. Bauer (Associate Producer) With PopUP: Broken City : LES, Harlem, Wall Street. Actor and techie, Carly has performed at The Irish Repertory Theatre, The Living Theatre, The Robert Moss Theatre, and The Players’ Club; has stage managed at The Barrow Group Theatre, The Connelly Theatre, and the Theatres at the Times Square Arts Center. She has studied at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and The Institute of Audio Research. Carly is currently managing over 100 volunteers for 2015’s FringeNYC festival and will be interning at Telsey & Co. this upcoming Fall. Carly looks forward to the 2016- 2017 PopUp Theatrics season!
Nicole Cardoni (Actor) is a New York based actress hailing from Toronto, Canada. She received her early training at The University of Western Ontario in Film Criticism and is a graduate of The Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre. She has worked Off-Broadway and Internationally (Signature Theatre, The Public, HERE, Artscape), with recent theatre work in "Broken City" (PopUp Theatrics), "The Good Death" (Capital Fringe), "Three Women Mourn the Apocalypse" (Theatre Centre) and "On the Flip Side" (BrickaBrack). Favorite theatre roles include Sonny Montecalvo in "Sonny Under the Assumption," a new play written by esteemed playwright Edward Allan Baker, as well as Elenor in her off-Broadway debut of Slawomir Mrozek's dark comedy "Tango." Nicole is a proud ensemble member in BrickaBrack Theatre Company since 2015. Ilya Gerasimenko (sax) had earned a degree in industrial design some time in the end of last century from a university that no one has ever heard of in a country, which doesn’t exist anymore. He is currently paying his bills by working as a graphic/web designer and front-end developer for an IT company in NYC. He has loved theatre since high-school (was a puppeteer for a while,) but became really involved in it during his daughter’s high-school days. His rise to a professional level should be accredited to Tamilla Woodard. Ilya is glad to be a part of this show again after a period of thespian abstinence. Cameron Mason (actor) is an actor/writer/comedian originally from Baltimore, MD. Cameron has worked with many festivals and theater institutions including NYC Fringe, Chicago Fringe Festival, The Fire This Time Festival, EnGarde Arts, the Brooklyn Arts Exchange, National Black Theatre, and Fundamental Theater Project. Memorable roles include Shakespeare's Measure for Measure @ The Drilling Company (Claudio), Crooked Parts @ BAX. (Stephen), Burnt @ Sundog Theatre (Morris), Rivers Wash Over Me (Opening Night, 2009 NEWFEST), MCEC: The 40-Year-Old Rapper. He is also a member of the AMERICAN CANDY sketch comedy troupe.
Riti Sachdeva is a theatre maker, dancer and cultural worker. Screen credits include work with Disney, HBO, and lots of cool indie films. Stage credits include work with National Hispanic Cultural Center, Honest Accomplice Theater, Hybrid Theatre, Estrogenius, OmniRootz (Belize) and her original work with midNite’s cHiLd Productions in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Toronto, LA, and NYC. Her solo piece Scene/Unseen was awarded Outstanding One Act at the 2012 Planet Connections Festival. As a playwright, Riti’s work has been developed by the Women’s Project, Public Theater, PlayWrights Center, U of Hawai’i, Working Theater, MT Works, and Lincoln Center Director’s Lab.She is thrilled to be working with Pop Up!
